The Challenge: An e-commerce brand was struggling with a team of 12 managers manually processing orders across 10 different channels (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Site, etc.). High operational costs ($12k+/mo), no 24/7 support, and constant human errors in CRM data entry led to lost leads and slow fulfillment.

The Solution: I architected and built a multi-agent AI system based on Mistral Large and Qdrant RAG, designed to handle the entire sales funnel autonomously.

Smart Anti-Spam & Context Grouping: Implemented a Redis-based buffering system that groups fragmented user messages into a single coherent intent before processing.

Automated Retention: Built background workers for a 5-stage retention strategy (follow-ups, re-order reminders, and feedback requests) based on the customer’s lifecycle.

Automation Rate: 80-90% of all customer inquiries handled without human intervention.
