Saudia Airlines Booking Engine (KSA)

As the UX Lead on the project, I was responsible for streamlining the design approach and ensuring alignment between the product and tech teams at all stages.I led the weekly activities of the UX team by coordinating reviews with product owners and tech leads to ensure that our solutions met all technical requirements. We designed optimal solutions that addressed the most pressing experience issues and introduced new features such as an e-visa application journey that involved integration with APIs from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We presented solutions to business stakeholders at various stages of development and obtained final approval before the handover to development teams.
