Stakes and goal

Leads were coming in, but trust and conversion were low. Ops were manual and eating time every week.
Goal: Lift bookings fast without changing the offer or acquisition channels.

What was broken (before)

Low trust perception: Visual identity felt junior; social proof lived in Google Drive and never met the visitor at decision points.
No capture or nurture: Form fills didn’t trigger confirmations, nudges, or reminders.
Manual backend: Leads tracked in Sheets; follow-ups and payment links sent by hand.
Fragmented funnel: Multiple tools with no single, smooth path to book and pay.
Mobile friction: Extra steps and unclear CTAs increased drop-offs.
Assets to show here: a “before” hero screenshot, a Drive shot of scattered testimonials, a snippet of the old tracking sheet.

What we built (after)

1) Authority branding across every touchpoint

A clean, minimal system that signals “premium” and stays consistent across letterhead, social, website, sales proposals, and course materials.
Show: a 4-tile grid (logo usage, social tile, proposal cover, PDF cover).

2) A conversion-driven website

Clear value prop and simpler booking CTA on every key section
Streamlined flow (fewer steps, mobile-first layouts)
Source tracking aligned to Calendly events
Proof placed next to CTAs (short testimonial tiles and logos)
Show: before/after hero, mobile layouts, Calendly event mapping.

3) Automated capture and nurture

Instant confirmation email after form submit
“Didn’t book?” nudge with a direct link to schedule
Calendar reminders to reduce no-shows
Post-qualification payment links sent automatically
Error handling: Make retries + Slack alerts on failures
Show: automation map screenshot + a couple of successful run logs.

Results
