Farm Trails – City-Region Food Hub Concept
Collaborated on the design and development of a conceptual city-region food hub linking farmers, processors, and customers through a circular, transparent supply chain. The project focused on low-tech innovation, value-based pricing, and creating shared infrastructure to support sustainable agriculture and food sovereignty.
This visual framework was used to communicate the model to stakeholders including local governments, producers, and policy advisors.
