Shoot Manager

Shoot Manager is a custom software solution designed to meet the operational needs of a photography studio specializing in fashion brand photo shoots. The studio produces images for e-commerce platforms, catalogs, and various brand publications. These activities are organized into projects with clearly defined timelines. Currently, coordination with clients is managed via shared Excel spreadsheets.
Project Goals
The goal of the project is to develop a dedicated software platform that enables:
Instant visual feedback on the shots taken for each article, with the ability to immediately identify any missing poses compared to the planned shot list.
Automatic detection of file naming errors based on a predefined naming convention.
The ability for both clients and photographers to add notes at the shot or pose level, to handle various needs such as corrections, post-production guidelines, and more.
Visual notification indicators to highlight the presence of notes or annotations.
Prioritization of article processing workflows (e.g.: pre-collection vs. main collection).
Consistent and reliable reference to the article code (barcode) listed in the production schedule.
Controlled platform access for clients, limiting visibility exclusively to dashboards and projects relevant to them.
Technology Stack
The application was developed using Laravel for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend, ensuring a modern, scalable and responsive user experience.
