AltSignals: Webflow, CRM and Telegram Subscription Platform

AltSignals needed a clearer brand and a platform that could handle growing subscriptions without manual reconciliation. I redesigned the brand and rebuilt the website in Webflow, migrating its pages into a CMS the team can manage themselves.

I connected a custom CRM and Telegram bot so subscriber information stays in sync across the website, subscriptions, and Telegram. The CMS also makes it easier to publish and update search focused content.

The new setup replaced fragmented manual workflows with a connected system and gave the team more control over content and customer operations.
