As part of an acquisition and rebrand of the National Social Security Association (NSSA), I was brought in to optimize and retool the membership and training delivery model on Kajabi ahead of a full relaunch in January 2025. NSSA offers Social Security certification and ongoing support for financial advisors. 

Key focus areas included: 

•       Membership Automation: Set up conditional access flows that unlock member communities and resources post-certification, tied to a $195 annual subscription. Automations were built to handle renewals, lapses, and reactivation. 

•       Value-Driven Resource Display: Designed resource pages to visibly communicate the value of each asset while restricting access for non-members. 

•       Access & Subscription Management: Ensured dynamic control over member access, directory visibility, and renewal prompts based on subscription status. 

•       Product Integration & UX Audit: Reviewed and refined Zoom/Zapier webinar workflows, tested purchase paths, and helped shape an intuitive end-to-end user experience. 

•       Custom Member Dashboard: Consulted on a streamlined member area showing available resources and their value, reinforcing the ongoing benefit of membership. 

 This project highlights my strengths in platform automation, membership modelling, and user experience optimization — ensuring both backend efficiency and front-end clarity for scaling education-based membership programs.
