Business transformation

Led the management, design, research and development of the recharge product which is a business critical product, that encompasses voucher recharges and banking/financial institution recharges, management of subscriber wallets including airtime advance; whilst ensuring seamless and secure transaction processing and driving efficiencies. This product spanned across multiple countries and also involved process optimization and simplification. Noteworthy: driving the transformation of the 20 year old legacy recharge technology onto a Cloud environment, whilst implementing without major outage of the real-time recharge environment.
