The Opportunity
Sigma isn't a traditional company.
It's an innovation ecosystem built around one mission: helping ideas become scalable ventures.
Operating across venture building, innovation consulting, creative communities, talent development, and innovation spaces, Sigma needed a digital presence that could communicate a complex vision without overwhelming visitors.
The website had to introduce the organization, explain its ecosystem, showcase multiple business verticals, and provide a foundation that could continue evolving as the organization grew across Saudi Arabia's innovation landscape.

The Challenge
The biggest challenge wasn't designing beautiful pages.
It was creating clarity.
Sigma operates through four distinct verticals—Squads, Skills, Studios, and Spaces—each serving different audiences while contributing to one larger mission. Without a clear structure, the website could easily feel fragmented or disconnected.
Our goal was to create a system where every business unit had its own identity while remaining unmistakably part of the Sigma ecosystem.
Our Design Strategy
Instead of treating the website as a collection of pages, we designed it as a connected innovation ecosystem.
The strategy focused on four principles:
One Brand, Multiple Verticals — Give every business unit a unique visual identity while preserving one cohesive brand language.
Visual Storytelling First — Use bold illustrations, immersive graphics, and space-inspired visuals to communicate innovation before visitors read the copy.
Modular by Design — Build reusable layouts, components, and CMS structures that can scale with future initiatives.
Simple Navigation for Complex Ideas — Organize a broad range of services into a clear journey that helps visitors understand Sigma's mission in just a few scrolls.
Verticals
Building the Ecosystem
Every section was designed to explain one layer of Sigma's innovation engine.
Rather than presenting long lists of services, we transformed each vertical into its own visual experience with dedicated color systems, iconography, and reusable layouts.
This approach helped visitors understand the relationship between each business unit while reinforcing the overall brand identity.
Services
Designing an Innovation Journey
The website guides visitors through Sigma's complete innovation process—from discovering opportunities to building, operating, scaling, and transferring ventures.
Complex consulting services were translated into clear visual frameworks supported by illustrations and concise content, making enterprise concepts approachable without losing credibility.

Creating an Experience Around the Brand
Innovation shouldn't feel corporate.
To reflect Sigma's ambition, we combined editorial typography, bold color gradients, futuristic illustrations, and immersive visual storytelling into a consistent digital experience.
From space-inspired navigation to oversized typography and interactive layouts, every visual decision reinforced the idea of exploration, creativity, and forward momentum.

Built to Scale
Beyond the visual design, the project was built as a scalable system inside Framer.
The final implementation included:
Fully responsive website
Reusable component library
CMS-powered content management
Modular page templates
Scalable design system
Optimized layouts for future expansion
This allows Sigma's team to grow the website without rebuilding its foundation.

Outcome
Sigma launched with a digital experience that finally matched the ambition of its vision.
The new platform successfully unified multiple business verticals into one cohesive ecosystem, giving visitors a clear understanding of the organization's mission while providing the internal team with a scalable foundation for future growth.
The project became one of Studio42's most ambitious website builds, balancing storytelling, information architecture, branding, and development within a single scalable system.
What We Learned
The hardest part wasn't designing individual pages.
It was designing relationships.
When an organization operates across multiple products, audiences, and goals, the real challenge is creating a system that feels unified without making every part look the same.
This project reinforced that great websites don't simplify businesses - they organize complexity into experiences people can understand.
