Back your shipping deadline with a stake.
Ship or Donate is a commitment app built on the Monad testnet. Builders set a deadline, stake test MON and submit proof of what they shipped. A verifier reviews the proof before approving a refund, with an alternative path for sending the stake to an open-source recipient.
Why it was built
A deadline is a promise. A stake gives that promise a consequence. The project explores a simple idea: connect a commitment to ship with locked funds and a clear proof-review process.
What was built
• Onchain escrow that locks test MON against a builder-defined shipping deadline.
• A proof-submission and verifier-review flow that gates refunds on approval.
• A verified testnet run covering staking, proof submission, approval and refund.
Built for a hackathon using test tokens, not real funds. The donation path is separate from the verified refund flow.
