Bitrix24 and Logistics Provider API Integration

For a client needing seamless data transfer between Bitrix24 and their logistics provider, we developed an integrated, fully automated workflow that eliminated hours of manual work each day.

Challenge: The client wanted to reduce the manual effort required to update their logistics provider whenever a deal reached a specific stage in Bitrix24's kanban sales pipeline.

Solution: We created a robust API workflow leveraging Bitrix24 webhooks, Bubble API connectors, and the logistics provider's APIs, with a front-end for tracking requests’ informations and status:

Trigger: As soon as a deal moved to the target column in Bitrix24's kanban funnel, a webhook sent data to our Bubble system.

Workflow: Within Bubble, we managed the workflow to retrieve relevant data from Bitrix24, communicate with the logistics provider, and handle any other system updates as needed.

Authentication: Utilizing Bitrix24’s local app functionality and OAuth, we ensured secure API requests and extended access to the CRM database besides the standard webhooks only.

Error Handling: Comprehensive error-handling was implemented, with email alerts sent for any issues encountered to ensure immediate resolution.

Results: The integration seamlessly sent all relevant deal information to the logistics provider, significantly reducing the need for manual updates, improving accuracy, and saving the client valuable hours each week.
