Implementation: Better Client Reports for a Marketing Agency

A boutique marketing agency came to me with a challenge:
Their reporting was really manual. As so many marketers do, they were pulling reports directly from the social media platforms and re-formatting them for presentation to the clients monthly. This was wasting a lot of time, AND they had a new client wanting to onboard that had 25+ separate business accounts on social. They knew they could no longer do monthly reporting this way, so they contacted me.
To start, I did my TECH RESEARCH & RECOMMENDATIONS REPORT, going over their core needs, their price point, their existing technology to find 3-5 tools that might work for them.
Together we chose Agency Analytics as the tool for them.
Next, they hired me to SET UP THE TECH. That involved integrating 25 Facebook Business Profiles plus 5-10 Google Ads & Analytics accounts, and then creating a dashboard for each. Each dashboard contained 15-20 report widgets on the key metrics the agency and their client cared about the most.
And we did the bulk of this work in just 2 weeks. Add another 2-4 weeks for feedback and questions from the team and that's all it took for them to get up and running.
What I always do through the process with my clients is send them educational resources: how to videos by me, documentation and user guides based on who's using it. This client in particular was impressed that I even got their CEO using this new tool more quickly and easily than they had seen before!
