As the Social Media and Community Manager for Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), I lead the organization’s online presence and community growth initiatives. My responsibilities include content creation, social media strategy development, community engagement, and managing communications with stakeholders and executives. I also educate team members on social media best practices to ensure consistent messaging and maximize impact. Through my efforts, WiCyS has seen significant growth in followers and engagement across all active social media platforms, as well as an increase in membership, helping to expand the organization’s mission of empowering women in cybersecurity.

Most recently, I have focused on LinkedIn, where I’ve achieved significant results through organic social media for my clients, including:

- 15% increase in engagement over the past 6 months by implementing tailored content strategies, leveraging LinkedIn’s unique tools, and optimizing posts for peak visibility.
