AI Voice Assistant Platform Development

I developed an AI Voice Assistant platform that automates customer interactions across voice, SMS, and messaging apps, enabling businesses in healthcare, e-commerce, and real estate to deploy intelligent support systems at scale.

The platform supports multi-language and mixed-language conversations with real-time processing.

Built using React (frontend) and Python (backend AI services), I implemented core AI pipelines for speech recognition, natural language understanding (NLU), and text-to-speech (TTS).

I designed a scalable microservices architecture to handle thousands of concurrent interactions with low latency and high reliability.

I also developed real-time analytics dashboards, multi-channel communication workflows, and a no-code deployment system for rapid AI agent configuration.

The result is a production-ready system that significantly reduces manual customer support while improving response speed and scalability for global users.
