I got approached by an E-com owner with the following problem:
His marketing agency wasn't growing his revenue, and he wanted me to perform a thorough audit and consult his marketing agency on how to proceed next.
I got down to work and made a thorough audit:
traffic
ads
landing page
email flows
general positioning
After that I relayed the most impactful steps to the marketing agency and currently am regularly giving them advice on promotions, storytelling, email list management.
