I built a finance app from scratch designed to track expenses and incomes, powered by AI for automated data synchronization and processing. Using the OpenAI API, the platform intelligently categorized expenses, provided real-time insights, and streamlined financial tracking for users.

The entire infrastructure was serverless on AWS to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. AWS services, such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, and CloudFront, were utilized to build a fully serverless architecture. CI/CD pipelines ensured smooth, automated deployments, while monitoring tools kept everything running optimally.

The backend was developed with Python using FastAPI for speed, security, and flexibility. On the frontend, I used React to create a clean, intuitive, and responsive user interface, making it easy for users to interact with their data.

Thanks to this approach, the client was able to launch their MVP just two months after development started, enabling them to enter the market quickly and gain a competitive edge. The app successfully reduced manual effort by automating expense categorization, saving users significant time and enhancing financial clarity. The serverless setup also guaranteed scalability as the user base began to grow.
