Collaborated with senior engineering teams to architect and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
Developed secure REST APIs for telehealth scheduling, patient onboarding, clinician workflows, and prescription management
Contributed to PostgreSQL database design optimized for healthcare transaction consistency, audit logging, and high-volume API traffic
