Director Technical Program Management in Startups

I lead a team of Technical Program Managers for the Product Development organization. Our team leads cross-team and cross-company Agile technical programs. We also create better processes for the Prod Dev organization to work together including portfolio management, roadmaps, process frameworks, reporting, and templates.

- Started the TPM practice including the definition of the value we bring, our responsibilities, tools, and processes.

- Created portfolio and delivery management tool and process for the product development org. This was adopted by the other departments in the company.

- Developed the Product Development Process in the company that included ways that we work together, build products, and make decisions.

- Created, hired, and developed a team of TPMs that lead critical technical programs in the company.
