I made the open source website jwkset.com, it is utility for working with JWK Sets and X.509 assets. Users can generate new cryptographic keys, then are issued a JWK Set and X.509 assets. Users can also convert between X.509 assets and JWK Sets. Validation of JWK Sets is built in.
