A case study on Google being an exceptional company culture, which has made it one of the best places to work globally through the use of both primary as well as secondary data to understand the organizational culture at Google. Google has secured its position as one of the best companies to work for, ranking first in the Fortune's list for six years in a row as well as featuring in Glassdoor's best places to work list. This success can be attributed to Google's employees, who have established workplace culture rules that promote productivity and innovation.  This project aimed at understanding the unique aspects of Google's work culture by emphasizing elements such as work environment, leadership, innovation, decision-making, conflict resolution, and diversity.
