Selling tickets online is a high-risk task. It requires a system that can handle simultaneous purchases without overselling, while ensuring that financial transactions are securely linked to user reservations. 📉 Without a robust backend, organizers face stock discrepancies and manual payment verification nightmares.

I built a dual-role platform where Organizers can create events, manage ticket types, and customize themes, while Participants can browse and book in real-time. 🚀 The system uses Django Database Transactions (atomic) to lock ticket stock during reservation, preventing any chance of overselling. 🛠️ I integrated Stripe (Payment Intents & Webhooks) to process secure payments, ensuring that tickets are only marked as "Confirmed" once the asynchronous payment confirmation is received from the bank.

The result is a secure, end-to-end ticketing solution. 🏆 It features a clean Ticket Management Dashboard for organizers to track sales and a "My Tickets" gallery for users to view their confirmed purchases. By implementing Webhooks, the app remains synchronized with the payment processor even if the user closes the browser before the payment is complete, offering a top-tier enterprise-level reliability. ✨
