Client's requirement:
Client was looking to streamline their global processes by transitioning them to a centralized location
This required the client to understand their current business environment and processes, while understanding key changes required to centralize their regional variances
My solution:
I lead a small 5 member team in creating a framework to define how processes can be centralized
The team created more than 100 processes along with regional variances
Then along with SMEs these variances were rationalized to create singular processes and then validated
