After years of study and practice in Canada, the mountains of India, and the gardens of East Africa, this website was built to bring Rebekah and her yoga teachings to a wider audience. As her only digital presence and first point of contact for new students and clients, the site acts a resume highlighting Rebekah’s teaching style, offerings to students and clients, her years of experience and deep knowledge of traditional yoga study, spiritual teachings, massage techniques, and Ayurvedic medicine.
