The business problem
Content production involves ideas, research, scripts, production tasks, review and publishing. I conceived and developed a structured system to organize that work and make the handoffs explicit.
What I designed
The workflow covers idea development, research, scripting, production, review, publishing, analytics and learning. It incorporates CRM workflows and AI-assisted production processes.
My role
I serve as product owner, systems architect and operator: defining requirements, directing AI-assisted development, configuring workflows, evaluating outputs, troubleshooting and testing. I manage implementation and production-readiness decisions.
Scope and status
This is independent product development, currently in progress. The platform name and technical implementation remain private ahead of its public reveal. Production workflows combine automation with operator review and approval.
