For the Xoan Capital 10+ Pages Revamp, I designed & developed a robust website in Framer featuring a custom CMS and integrated lead capture forms, designed to support Xoan Capital's potential of being a Billion Dollar business in the US Real Estate lending space.

Goal: Creating a brand and website that reflects the highly effecient products of Xoan Capital which has the potential to be a Billion Dollar company that brings true impact in the real estate lending space.
A need for minimal, sleek, and high-class design that resonates with Xoan's target audience.
The website's content must be easy to update without the help of an expert, and scalable if needed.
The Sollution: I started with building the brand identity from the ground up - this would inform the design of the website and Xoan's marketing material.
I then designed a fully responsive, modular, animated, clean and minimal website with consistent yet unique pages that make the user journey memorable, driving up leads & conversions.

Created a unique brand identity that informs the website design process.
Designed multiple concepts for the website in Figma during the exploration phase. The final website has some of the best ideas and elements from the concepts.
Developed the website on Framer, identical to the Figma designs.
Built a robust CMS within Framer to handle dynamic content like service listings like Xoan's financial products, blog posts, and team profiles.
Created a Make flow to handle lead collection for Xoan's waitlist, and contact messages.
Meticulously optimized for responsiveness, ensuring a flawless experience across devices.
Final Thoughts: What used to look like just another fintech website is now a well-defined, intentional portal for real estate investors across the United States looking to make the best out of their investments using Xoan Capital's various services and products.
