Parking M&E System

Overview

I was asked to work on a project for the UAE traffic police. They wanted to design a portal where the police can respond to citizens who have ticket against thier parking violations quicky and efficient manner. This management system is designed to provide a digital hassle-free processing quickly and easily. The system also includes smart duties scheduler, violations and training records. The system is designed to be modifiable, flexible and scalable to accommodate future changes and additional monitoring tasks for M&ED sections.​​​​​​​

Conducted interviews with inspector and users to understand their pain-points when registering a complaint against parking violation.

With wireframes we focused on the perfecting the features and the user flows and detemining teh accuracy of the approach.

After going through the steps above, it was time to crete the design.

The enhancements to platform includes updated photographic recording, improved navigation, a catalog of site-specific images and contact information and a new dynamic search feature that also simplifies the process of finding site-specific information.
