Property & Inventory Management Systems Development

Worked as a Software Engineer designing and building web-based property management and inventory systems. Led the development of backend services, database design, and frontend user interfaces to support tenant management, payments tracking, and operational workflows.

Built service-oriented applications using Spring MVC, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL, with clean separation of concerns and dependency injection to ensure maintainability and scalability. Designed relational databases, implemented ORM mappings, and optimized data access patterns.

Developed responsive web interfaces using JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX, and integrated SMS notifications to alert tenants about rent events. Also delivered inventory and requisitioning modules to manage stock requests across multiple sites, focusing on reliability, clarity, and clean system design.
