Goals:
Develop a website that consolidates all the client's content in one place
Create a website that is easy to navigate and use, with an intuitive user interface that encourages users to explore and click on different sections
Translate the client’s design into a functional and responsive website using Webflow's capabilities
Process:
Initial meeting with the client: I met with the client to discuss their needs, goals, and scope for the website. We discussed their ideas and design files and how to best incorporate them using Webflow. I combined their vision with my knowledge of Webflow to ensure the design could be implemented effectively.
Designing the website: Using the client's Photoshop design files, I built out a few of the pages to make sure they were happy with their designs and how they translated using Webflow. It was important to replicate the designs exactly because the client had a specific design preference and aesthetic they wanted to achieve.
Developing the website: I used Webflow to develop the website, translating the Photoshop design files into a functional and responsive website. I utilized my Webflow skills to bring the client's ideas to life and make sure the website was user-friendly. It was important to make the site look great on large monitors and smaller devices. I tested it on multiple devices and web browsers to make sure it was consistent for any user.
Presenting the website to the client: I presented the developed website to the client. They provided feedback and I made any necessary adjustments to meet their expectations and preferences.
Results:
30 page Site with each segment having its own individual page to view content.
The final website successfully incorporated the client's Photoshop design files while leveraging the capabilities of Webflow. It achieved the desired visual aesthetic and functionality outlined in the design files. The client was pleased with the outcome, as it showcased their vision effectively and provided an engaging user experience.
The website served as a powerful tool for the client to present their work to potential clients, collaborators, and audiences.
