The purpose of this design is to help people who are inclined to exercise more, but who are reluctant to do so due to a variety of reasons.
The app helps with both consistency and discipline with well thought out form of exercise.
Needs:
Any suggestions on the type of exercises I should do?
How do I make sure I'm doing exercises correctly and doesn't hurt my body?
How can I measure and control my progress?
Solutions:
• The ability to categorize and customize your exercise program.
• All the exercises information and audio descriptions added on videos and also opportunity to chat with trainer.
• A chart showing calories burned and the time spent on exercising during the week to follow.

Following is how I conducted my design process utilizing the Design thinking method, but it was not in the order listed, as I had to loop back to a previous step and then move forward.

By identifying the needs and problems of the user, I needed to develop as many potential solutions that could address the problem statements.
