As a software engineer on the team, I help build tools that match patients with therapists and counselors based on insurance, availability, and clinical fit. We integrate with healthcare systems, school districts, and employers to ensure a seamless referral workflow. The platform leverages secure, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure to protect sensitive patient data. I work closely with clinicians, care coordinators, and product teams to improve our algorithms and user experience. Every feature we ship directly impacts access to mental health services for underserved communities. We also build dashboards that help organizations track utilization, gaps in care, and patient outcomes. Our stack includes Ruby on Rails, React, and AWS, allowing us to iterate quickly while scaling securely. The mission-driven culture keeps us focused on building software that truly matters.
