One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that good design builds trust before it ever makes a sale.
The "before" examples aren't necessarily bad, they're simply missing intention. Strong typography, visual hierarchy, consistency, and thoughtful composition can completely change how a brand is perceived.
Whether I'm designing a social media system, a brand identity, or exploring new creative ideas, I always ask myself:
"How do I want someone to feel when they see this?"
What immediately builds trust for you when you discover a new brand?
