A code-driven pipeline that turns a book idea into upload-ready Amazon KDP paperback files. It researches low-competition niches, then generates the interior (large-print puzzles with verified unique answers, journals, planners and 24 original Christmas stories), a full-wrap cover with the spine width calculated from the page count, and a listing kit with title, subtitle, description, 7 keywords, categories and royalty-aware pricing. Every PDF is checked for embedded fonts, trim size, margins and spine clearance before upload. Output so far is 25 print-ready paperbacks in 6x9 and 8.5x11 trims across 5 imprints.
