Strategy Process
The first thing we discussed was shareable content. He wanted to advocate for mental health in the LGBT community as a wellness professional. As a result, he asked me to write a post about mental health awareness.

VISION: Kevin needed an admin to keep in touch with clients regarding appointment scheduling, outstanding balances, and updates to terms and conditions.
MISSION: I designed an admin dashboard that simplifies the management of clients' appointments, billing statements, and scheduling problems.
