The Challenge
Realtor Empress helps people get more money from their home sales by guiding them through simple upgrades before listing. She needed a landing page that:
Looked fresh, modern, and welcoming
Clearly explained what she does and how it helps
Stood out from typical real estate websites
Didn't rely on boring stock photos or cookie-cutter designs
Still worked without a logo or established branding
What I Did
Started with Clarity
Focused on her key message: She’s not your average realtor — she helps clients increase their home’s value
Organized her content so it was easy to follow, even at a glance
Used simple sections: What she does, how she helps, why it works
Created the Visual Style
Designed a simple placeholder logo with clean type
Chose calm, bright colors that felt modern and inviting
Left plenty of white space so the content could breathe
Built everything from scratch — no templates
Picked Better Visuals
Used AI-generated images instead of boring stock photos
Highlighted key services (like design help and marketing) using clean icons
Added a section for real home projects and testimonials
Kept it Easy to Use
Made sure the layout was clear and flowed naturally
Placed buttons and forms where visitors could find them easily
Used a simple email form with a direct message about getting more out of your home sale
