I'm the Social Media Manager for a Houston-based makeup artist. I am responsible for social media posts, content creations, brand design, and client management for the business. I run ad campaigns on a budget for the business.

I had to help the client find and design a solution that they were satisfied with, something that represented their business and personal style. Additionally, I am responsible for their social media presence and act as the client's virtual assistant. • I handle the social media calendar • Curate content for the feed • Handle comments and DMs • Provide design solutions • Run Instagram ads • Schedule Appointments • Reply to emails

Process 🛣

The preliminary typography and logo ideas that were presented and discussed for the finalized logo was decided.

Results 🎁

•I have been able to grow the page from 120 followers to 300 in 15 days. • Provide consistent brand designs. • Timely feedback to all customers regarding their queries. • Established an effective appointment management system. • Increased social media presence and views on TikTok/Reels.
