Kajabi Migration for Focal Dystonia Method

Ruth had a solid subscription program for focal dystonia students – but her tech stack was creating friction at every step. We moved everything to Kajabi: the course library, enrollment flow, automations, and student contacts. From launch day, the platform was fully operational for both existing and new students.

Phase 1 – Kajabi Setup & Course Migration We started by configuring the full Kajabi account and designing a Netflix-style course library in Ruth's brand colors, fonts, and imagery. All modules were uploaded and structured with videos, audio files, transcriptions, and downloadable PDFs – including a student journal and Q&A resource.

Phase 2 – Flows & Automations One of the biggest wins here was simplifying the enrollment journey. Previously, students had to go through a Zoho portal step – we removed that entirely, so the flow became: website → checkout → training library. Clean and direct.

We also set up:

Monthly group clinic reminders (on signup + 30 / 7 / 1-day emails)

Automated congratulatory emails when students complete a module section

Welcome email for new clients

Facebook community link integrated directly into the platform

Phase 3 – Contact Migration All contacts were exported from Zoho CRM and imported into Kajabi, segmented into two lists: active subscribers and non-subscribers.

Phase 4 – Website & Launch We made targeted improvements to the website, ran full testing on the new Kajabi setup, and switched the domain from Zoho to Kajabi only after Ruth reviewed and approved everything.

The Focal Dystonia Method now runs on a clean, fully connected Kajabi platform – with a branded course experience, automated student communication, and a smoother path from signup to first lesson. Ruth's students get a better experience, and Ruth gets a platform that's simpler to manage and grow.
