Technical team leader for the Homeowners Assistance Fund (DC HAF) programme, with a focus on process automation and stakeholder engagement.
Effectively managed a remote team of technical experts and over 100 financial institutions. Responsible for defining process requirements and leading the automation strategy, resulting in the implementation of 30 automations (using Make, Airtable, Parabola).
Over the past two years, the technology team has been responsible for processing over 1,400 homeowner applications and exchanging over 7,000 files with mortgage lenders.
