IoT DevOps Implementation

In this role, I led a DevOps team to deploy Google Home and Alexa skills on GCP and AWS. I standardized IoT platform components, ensured automation of deployment, code quality, and set up a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) with backup procedures.

- Deployment of Google Home Actions on GCP environment.

- Deployment of Alexa/Lambda skill on AWS environment.

- Project management for industrialization and deployment.

- Managed a team of 4/5 DevOps engineers.

- Developed standardized solutions for building application components for the IoT platform.

- Implemented a new technology stack (Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Kubernetes, Helm).

- Ensured the industrialization chain (Versioning, Packaging, Deployment, Testing, Code Quality).

- Monitored and controlled the quality of environment deliveries and inter-platform connectivity systems (e.g., port openings between partner platforms).

- Ensured proper reporting on code complexity and procedure quality for operations.

- Implemented a BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and repeated backup procedures (databases, configuration, file systems).
