Project Brief

I was tasked with creating the first 20 seconds and the outro for the Unilever Philippines Sales Conference Video. The goal for the initial 20 seconds was to captivate the audience with a flashy and engaging introduction while showcasing Unilever's deodorant products and highlighting their recent achievements.

Execution

To achieve this, I employed a combination of Adobe After Effects for the 2D animations and compositing, and Blender for the 3D product renderings and simulations.
Animation & Compositing (After Effects)
Visual Style: Created vibrant and kinetic typography to introduce the product line.
Transitions: Designed smooth transitions to maintain viewer engagement and flow between product showcases and achievement highlights.
Motion Graphics: Incorporated eye-catching motion graphics to emphasize key points and maintain a high-energy tone.
2. 3D Renderings & Simulations (Blender)
Animations & Simulations: Used smooth motions and simulations to add dynamic effects, such as product spins and liquid effects, enhancing the visual appeal.
3. Integration & Final Touches
Syncing with Audio: Carefully synced animations with the background music to create a cohesive and engaging audiovisual experience.
Outro: Designed an impactful outro that reinforces the brand’s message and leaves a lasting impression on the audience.

Conclusion

By leveraging the strengths of After Effects and Blender, I was able to create a visually stunning and engaging opening sequence for the Unilever Philippines Sales Conference. The final result successfully showcased the deodorant products and their achievements, setting a high-energy tone for the event.
