3D Jet Engine Modeling Project

This project involved the detailed 3D modeling of a jet engine (turbofan) using SolidWorks. The model showcases the aerodynamic nacelle and internal turbine blades, capturing realistic mechanical detail and proportions suitable for engineering presentations, concept visualization, or manufacturing preparation.

The scope included:

Designing the nacelle (outer casing) with smooth aerodynamic surfaces.

Creating the fan blades and spinner cone with accurate blade profiles.

Assembling the components into a realistic engine structure.

Applying design intent for aerodynamic performance and manufacturability.

This model can be further used for simulations (CFD/FEA), exploded views, animations, or 3D printing.
