Development and trainings of administrator courses

In my role at Atlassian University, I developed a skillbuilder course titled ‘Working with Jira System Fields’. Additionally, I collaborated on the creation of several certifications and the associated exam questions, with a particular focus on the “Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin” certification. Within this capacity, I conducted official training sessions for both regular users and system administrators. This included an in-person training session at the ‘Atlassian Team 2023’ conference held in Las Vegas.
