When Alex, founder of Custom Funnel, reached out, the request sounded simple:
“We need a website to showcase our work.”
But once we looked at the existing site, the real issue became obvious.
It wasn’t about having a website.
It was about what the website was silently saying.
The old site created a mismatch.
Custom Funnel helps brands scale profitably through paid traffic.
But their website didn’t reflect that authority.
Instead of feeling sharp and confident,
it felt:
• Visually flat
• Structurally weak
• Slow to build trust

And the existing site wasn’t creating it.

The mission was not to “refresh” the design.
The goal was to create a presence that:
• Shows their work clearly
• Signals authority immediately

The website needed to feel aligned with the level they operate at.

The Approach
Before touching layout or visuals, we focused on positioning.
We discussed:
• Who they actually want to work with
• What makes them different from typical agencies
• How fast visitors need to understand their value
The key question became:
How do we make someone trust Custom Funnel within seconds of landing?
From there:
• A strategic wireframe was built
• Each section was designed with a single purpose
• The flow was created to guide — not overwhelm
Once the structure was validated,
it moved into a refined visual design.

The redesign focused on clarity over decoration.
Instead of adding noise, we removed friction.
Key improvements included:
• Stronger visual hierarchy
• Clearer messaging around profit-first results
• A layout that guides attention naturally
• A modern but grounded aesthetic
Each section now answers one silent visitor question:
“Can these people be trusted with real ad spend?”
The Result
The new website now:
