Designed and implemented an Anchor program for peer-to-peer asset rentals with rent and security-deposit escrow. Built the complete state machine covering listings, reservations, pickup, returns, settlement, cancellation, overdue claims, and account closure. Added program events, a TypeScript CLI, automated CI checks, host-side tests, and a reproducible devnet demo workflow.
