The Kajabi branded mobile app is fully synced with the Kajabi backend and gives customers access to all products that have purchased via the website. Therefore it allows customers access on the go wherever they are.

Erica from Creative U Academy was looking for app specialist who could help her restore her Apple app on the app store.

Google app was never finalized and needed attention as well.

She also wanted to update the stock app store images with something that more represents her brand using the logo and colors.

Troubleshooting why Apple app store took the app down and made it inaccessible to her members

After investigating we found the issue, unpaid developer annual fee and the app got restored within few days

Troubleshooting why Google app was never released on the app store.

The testing phase from Google was never finalized.

I helped submit the app for 3 rounds of testing and made necessary updates for each round of testing

After the 3rd round of testing, app was finally approved and release to the Google play store

Apple and Google icons were different and so I unified the app icon across both platforms

Redesigned the 5 screens that are displayed on both Appel and Google stores to better represent clients brand
