Cutting-edge Recruiting Tool: Egility Project Showcase

During my engagement with a prominent Canadian company, I undertook the development of a cutting-edge recruiting tool aimed at revolutionizing their candidate assessment process. Leveraging the advanced capabilities of Humantic and Receptiviti APIs, I integrated sophisticated data analytics and AI tools into the platform to provide insightful assessments of potential candidates. I used React, Firebase, and GCP cloud functions for this project. One of the standout features of this project was the implementation of highcharts.js and chat.js to create advanced visual representations of candidate data. These visualizations not only provided comprehensive insights into candidate profiles but also facilitated easy comparisons between different candidates, enabling recruiters to make informed decisions efficiently.

By seamlessly integrating complex data analytics and visualization techniques, I transformed raw candidate data into actionable insights, empowering the company to streamline the recruitment process and make data-driven hiring decisions.
