The Link Hub

The Link Hub, or TLH, is a hybrid hospitality hub that aims to promote a creative and youthful co-living and working space for local and international travelers to bond and learn. Malacca is a city full of culture and history and was formerly a well-known worldwide commerce hub in the East due to its extremely advantageous state position for international trade routes. The site eventually attracts students (high schoolers & uni students) and travelers to gather. Especially for students for educational purposes. For instance, historical sites such as A Famosa, Malacca Sultanate Palace, etc.

The word "Link" implies networking and forming connections, which could be a key aspect of the hub's identity. It hosts events, conferences, or workshops to foster connections and collaboration among guests, students, locals, travelers, and professionals from various industries. It also suggests connection and integration, indicating that the hub serves as a central point where various hospitality elements come together. It encompasses accommodation, F & B, entertainment, and other amenities, all seamlessly connected in one place. The room capacity is 50 pax, with 6 rooms of 4 pax, 3 rooms of 6 pax, and 1 room of 8 pax.
