Brochure design | Apartment complex «Skyline»

The client asked me to take the lead on the design. We started by creating a logo for the residential complex. Later, the client provided visualizations, but they were not very eye-catching. To enhance the presentation, I brought in a 3D designer who created striking visuals. I also enlisted a copywriter to craft compelling texts.

The client was thrilled with the final result. He presented the brochure at a bank meeting and successfully secured additional funding for the project.
