We operate a modular pricing structure so that we can flexibly build our service bespoke to your needs around 3 distinct pricing tiers. By keeping price bloat down from unnecessary functions, such as over animating a website or adding unnecessary pages, we remain accessible to smaller organisations. Specificity, Transparency, Authenticity.
Answers to some regularly asked questions and what to expect when working together.
What happens after submitting a contact form?
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your form. We review your information and if we feel a partnership is feasible we will send you an invitation for an Introductory Call via your chosen method of contact. If we don't think we can provide a service to meet your needs we will let you know with a follow up email.
Do I need to bring anything to the introduction call?
Download our questionnaire below for an insight and head start into what we look to answer during the introductory call. Our questionnaire is designed with questions that paint a picture of your businesses pain points, aims and which of our services would be appropriate to meet your needs.
What happens after our introductory call?
We review our findings and prepare an offer. This will include an over view of what we will aim to achieve, how we are going to do it and a modular breakdown of how much this will cost.
What is the engagement model?
We work on a project basis with clear milestones. This is broken into 4 phases which can be seen further back up the page. Smaller projects and tasks may only take a few hours of time. Everything is determined by everyone's subjective circumstance. We take on a plethora of work, irrespective of the scope of the project we focus on transparency and communicate our timings as accurately as the variables will allow.
What happens if it takes longer than anticipated??
For longer projects that require more input we review weekly to ensure everything remains on track but when it doesn't we ensure this is communicated. If the delay is an oversight on our part we won't charge for the extra time it takes. If you decide you need to make changes during a project we will make adequate adjustments to the pricing for this module of the work and ensure both parties are informed and in agreement before any additional work takes place.
