This video is breaking down 7 steps to making a dream board. What makes this a good edit:

1. The edit was guided by the music. I wanted a wide variety of music, so I chose 4 genres: classical, folk, jazz, and electronica. I had the music switch between steps which felt both natural and jarring. This helps keep attention. I also added some casual sound effects (typing on a keyboard, loading film, and video game sounds).

2. All visuals and additional assets were 80s-inspired.- The main font closely resembles the font from Stranger Things: ITC Benguiat Bold Condensed. Usually, the letters were yellow and had a drop shadow.- I made the background image inspired by Polaroid's rainbow logo.- I used 80's inspired overlays.- I color graded to include vibrant colors.

3. Incorporating B-Roll kept the video interesting.

4. The pacing feels right. I could have made this a much longer video, but I cut out unnecessary information for pacing purposes.
