Built the mobile experience for Crypto Hunters, a geolocation-based Web3 game that combines AR exploration, social engagement, and crypto rewards into a single immersive platform.
The core challenge was to turn a complex “earn-to-play” ecosystem, including GPS tracking, AR interaction, NFTs, and social tasks, into a simple, engaging mobile experience that feels natural for everyday users.
I focused on designing a real-world hunting experience where users can discover crypto rewards based on their location with high precision, interact with AR-based elements, and complete social challenges without feeling overwhelmed by Web3 complexity. The onboarding and core gameplay flow were structured to reduce friction and guide users step-by-step through hunting, claiming, and earning rewards.
Special attention was given to anti-bot validation flows (Proof-of-Human actions), real-time geolocation accuracy, and ensuring smooth interaction between AR elements and reward systems. The interface was optimized to maintain clarity during dynamic gameplay conditions like movement, scanning, and location-based discovery.
The final experience blends gaming mechanics with real-world exploration, making crypto earning more interactive, transparent, and accessible.
